What's New
What a year! I haven't been able to keep on top of it all. This website has been poorly neglected and my New Year’s resolution is to keep it more up to date. Oh... and to call my Mom more and to work out again and to find some "me" time.
I have lots of new ideas for cards and invites. I have lists four pages long so I'm slowly working through them and making tons of new stuff. Keep checking back because I promise there will be new stuff to look at. I have been investing time over the winter in researching new product lines and I hope to increase my selection for the summer.
I plan on being at the Sidney Night Markets (Thursdays 5:30 till 9:30) as well as the Moss St. Market again this year (Saturdays 10 till 2) so come on out if you are on the Island. Both markets are so much fun and offer lots of food and great music/entertainment. I can't wait for summer. I am definitely ready for the warm weather. Bring it on!
As far as excitement in this New Year of 2008, I am totally hyped that my brother got married in May. My new sister-in-law is so cool. I can’t believe she fell for my brother. I mean, he’s great but I know what he’s really like and how she puts up with him, I’ll never know. We love her already. I don’t say that because she let me do their invites, I say that because she is so cool.
Talking About weddings: I’ve been really fortunate to be involved this year in the Mayfair Mall Dream Wedding contest as one of their contributors to the gift package and hopefully will be next year too.
I’m really missing teaching and haven’t been doing any card workshops as of late. I haven’t found a space I can teach out of. If anyone knows of anything, please give me a heads up as I would love to start that again... but maybe after the summer crunch.
